• What is Afterpay?

  Afterpay is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later in four installments made every two weeks without any interest.

• How do I use Afterpay?

  When shopping online, simply add items to your shopping bag and check out as normal. At the checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
  Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for payment with Afterpay and the total amount of your order must not exceed $1000 CAD. See below for eligible products.

• Can I combine Afterpay with a gift card?

  Yes, you can now combine a gift card with Afterpay for the same order.

• Where can I use Afterpay?

  Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on the ardene.com website or app.

• Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

  Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a Canadian billing address, Canadian shipping address, a Canadian Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a Canadian mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

• How does the payment schedule work?

  When using Afterpay, you must make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then deducted from your chosen payment method every two weeks in equal installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

• Will I be advised when payments are taken?

  You will be notified when your payment is due as well as when it’s been collected by email.

• When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?

  Afterpay orders are delivered according to Ardene’s shipping policy, and will be shipped to you after your purchase, like any orders placed on ardene.com. Please see our Shipping page on ardene.com for details.

• Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

  Yes, your total order amount must not exceed $1,000 CAD (before tax and after discounts) to use Afterpay on ardene.com.

• What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?

  Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

• How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?

  If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund. You can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail in accordance with our return policy.
  Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

• What happens if I return my order before I finish making my Afterpay payments?

  If you decide to return your order before you finish making your Afterpay payments, there are 2 refund options:

  1. If you return your order by mail: You will receive a refund on your original method of payment for the amount you already paid to Afterpay up until that time. The remaining payments you owe to Afterpay will be cancelled.
  2. If you return your order in store: You will receive a refund on the original payment method of the full purchase amount, however you will have to continue to pay your remaining payments to Afterpay.

  If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.
